From 1st April 2021 the UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) will enforce the CBD Novel Food Regulation. In light of this, XTLC CBD have submitted all products that fall under the Novel Food application process.

Our in-house compliance team have extensive experience in successfully completing UK Novel Food applications. This knowledge and understanding of FSA requirements underpins our robust approach to product compliance.

XTLC CBD has the benefit of an established and reliable supply chain including four reputable CBD raw ingredient suppliers, all of which have previously submitted raw material extract FSA applications. This is just one measure which demonstrates the robustness of our application.

All of XTLC CBD products are fully compliant under the Novel Food Regulation.
